- We are looking for a result driven Training Manager that will work towards imparting learning (self- delivery and creation of content) and elevating the levels of competence
- Develop, design and deliver content around functional and behavioral skills
- Review individual and development needs
- Experience with creating/deploying assessments
- Deploy different kinds of learning methods
- Delivering on projects in a timely manner
- Role holder also should have working knowledge / experience with competency mapping, TNA/TNI, ROE/ROI, facilitation of workshops at an individual contributor and at a managerial level, training design (E-Learning & Classroom)
