1. Responsible for overall banking operations ; liaison with banks, working capital management, preparing and submission of reports to banks, in depth knowledge of trade banking i.e. LC, BG, etc.
2. Budgeting, Forecasting, MIS and Monthly closing on timely basis, FX and other treasury operations.
3. Stat/Internal Audits to be done as per time schedule
4. Improvement in Internal Control Environment of banking and treasury operations including automation
5. Statutory and other banking related regulatory compliances, corporate accounting, finalization of Balance sheet and basic direct and indirect taxation
