Years of Experience: 3 years - 6 years

Academics: M. Com/B.Com/ CA (preferred)/Any banking degree

Summary

We are looking for a young and dynamic person to take on the challenges of working with cross-functional teams and assisting the head in achieving organizational goals and objectives. The manager is expected to be a strong team player who can work directly with the director and act as a point of contact between the director and other employees.

Roles & Responsibilities -

- Ensure the day to day smooth banking operation

- Provide the flow of banking information to the management as and when required

- Understand, manage, and supervise all aspects of cash flow - assistance in establishing and maintaining systems and internal controls related to cash management, and provides input to streamline and create process efficiencies

- Evaluate, develop and implement cash management systems to optimize efficiencies

- Maintain banking and credit rating relationships and related records to establish the smooth process in the company

- Assists with treasury activities relating to the maintenance of complete and accurate accounting records

- Managing the team of banking people, increase efficiencies and ensure the reconciliation of all financial accounts

- Bank reconciliations

- Cash Reconcillation

- Cash Management

- Vendor reconciliation

- Credit analyst
