1. Sales and Marketing of Indoor and Outdoor LED lighting and Power Products.
2. Handling Government Sales and Institutional sales
3. Product enlistment and new business generation through Govt. departments i.e. CPWD, State PWDs, MES and other PSUs.
4. Business development through Builder, Architects, contractors and consultants.
5. Handling of existing clients in assigned territory.
6. Regular meetings with Builders, Architects and Consultants for new business generation.
7. Make a Sales plan for Sales & Marketing on an annual/quarterly and monthly basis in accordance and in consultation with Management.
8. Managing and controlling collection of all payments from channel partners and customer as per the Sales order and ensure that old debtors are fully cleared.
