Candidate will manage and grow key relationships with Accounts & generate new business within those accounts. Complete post-sales administration duties including completing contracts and briefs. Support with deal management including consistent communication with clients, campaign period management, answering questions from clients and communicating with finance. Building a rapport with key clients of HI TOURS. To raise and maintain brand profile in the market. To deliver / exceed monthly, quarterly and annual target revenues. To identify new revenue streams from existing customers and generate sustainable growth, year on year for key accounts  2. Experience in a similar role with a focus on client relationship and contracts. Experience in the Tourism industry is preferable. Exceptional communication and written skills in English. Being a Team Player that is enthusiastic about learning new job skills. A strong ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. 5+ years- experience in account management.  Interested in keeping up-to-date with trends and current issues within your business sector and the event industry as a whole. Able to show use of a CRM to manage development of a territory or account(s).
