What is the role - Our Sales Managers and Executives are responsible for executing our B2B sales and customer follow-up plans to ensure client satisfaction and improvement of sales. You will be reporting directly to the Sales Head. Your core responsibilities will include: - Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision makers (e.g. trustees or principals) at multiple schools - Making the sales pitch to these stakeholders, displaying a strong understanding of our education services, products and unique propositions - Successfully closing the sales process by completing legal formalities, documentation and other administrative pieces - Conducting end-to-end after sales services, ensuring there are no loose ends or issues with the products or services provided - Facilitating increased patronage and revenue with schools; identifying and developing cross selling opportunities What we are looking for - 3+ years of experience in B2B sales/Institutional sales, preferably in the Education, EdTech or SAAS sectors - Bachelor's/Master's degree in any business discipline - Proven track record of executing plans to increase patronage and customer satisfaction - Fast learner who will quickly become an expert in our educational services, products courses - Examples in your professional experience where you have convinced others of your ideas or negotiated to get the best possible outcome - Strong verbal and written communication skills
