Manager - B2B Merchant Acquisition - BFS/Online (0-2 yrs)
SALARY CAN BE FROM 15-22 lacs per annum WITH PERFORMANCE BONUS on top of it
Core Responsibilities :
- Manage the Merchant Acquiring business for the given territory. Job involves the following aspect
- Drive market penetration and ensure new merchants come on board. Work closely with branches / channels to ensure catchment scoping is done and acquisition is done.
- Ensure right pricing for the different digital products and thus profitability. Growth in fee income.
- Ensure all the digital products are given to the merchant to enhance wallet share.
- Cross sell of lending and asset products of the bank. Close interaction with different verticals of the bank to achieve the goals
- Portfolio management, Ensure activation and volume enhancement
- Managing productivity of the Off-roles sales team
- Acquiring new merchant relationships for the Bank.
- Responsible for managing and growing the profitability of the portfolio along with POS & UPI Volumes for the merchant sourced in the financial year (new book only)
- Selling of allied Cross-sell products viz., MPOS / GPRS / DCC / EMI / PayZapp for Business, etc
- Cross-selling of Assets and Liabilities to the Merchant base.
- New Acquisition: Acquire new business. Annual target of 700 to 1000 merchants
- Activation and volume from the merchants new acquired in the year.
- Revenue: Achieve Fee income targets. Ensure rentals and installation fee is collected.
- Product enhancement : Drive penetration of digital products like Mpos, Digi Pos, pay zapp for Business etc
- Team management : Manage and achieve team productivity: Team has 10- 12 FOS
