About The Opportunity:
- We are a fast-growing deep-tech organisation building enterprise-grade quantum computing and AI products.
- You will lead integrated B2B marketing to drive brand awareness, pipeline generation, and product adoption across global enterprise and research audiences.
- This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution across content, digital demand generation, product marketing, and events.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute an integrated B2B marketing strategy that aligns with commercial goals and accelerates pipeline growth.
- Own product positioning, messaging, and launchestranslate complex quantum and AI capabilities into clear value propositions for enterprise buyers and technical stakeholders.
- Plan and run demand-generation campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, programmatic channels, and email to drive qualified leads and nurture pipelines.
- Lead content and thought-leadership programs: whitepapers, case studies, blog series, webinars, and executive content to build category authority.
- Coordinate events, webinars, analyst relations, and PR to increase visibility in target industries and accelerate enterprise engagement.
- Measure campaign performance and optimise for conversiontrack funnel metrics, ROI, and collaborate with sales to improve lead handoff and attribution.
Skills & Qualifications:
Must-Have:
- 5+ years B2B marketing experience - technology, SaaS, or enterprise software with proven demand-generation outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience with digital advertising and analytics (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics) and SEO-driven content strategies.
- Hands-on with marketing automation and CRM systems (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and sales enablement with Salesforce CRM.
- Strong product marketing experience: positioning, competitive analysis, launch playbooks, and sales collateral development.
- Proven content marketing track recordwhitepapers, case studies, webinars, and executive thought leadership for technical audiences.
- Data-driven mindset: campaign measurement, A/B testing, funnel optimisation, and reporting to senior stakeholders.
Preferred:
- MBA or advanced marketing qualification and experience in deep-tech or AI/ML/quantum domains.
- Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and tooling for enterprise outreach.
- Background working with technical audiences (data scientists, researchers, engineers) or prior startup/high-growth experience.
