Urgent Opening with one of the Leading Investment Bank Location:Mumbai Position: Manager/AVP Project Manager Role &amp; Responsibility: Direct and manage end to end project development - Apply SDLC fundamentals to change processes - Manage a team of Business Analysts and coordinate with the design team - Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business requirements - Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders across geographies - Define change tracking KPIs and report progress status to senior management - Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation - Responsible for creation of project plan, defining critical milestones, creating project baseline documents, monitoring deviations and control measures - Ensures development stories, acceptance criteria, assumptions, and all related documentation are timely and complete, supporting development, testing, and user acceptance activities - Strong people management skills to liaise with designers, business analysts, stakeholders and application teams - Report to senior mgmt. on overall project status, risk, action plans, milestones, forecast - Sets and manages stakeholder's expectations effectively and actively deal with issues and escalations - Involved in scope management, cost estimation, schedule estimation, resource loading Key Skills: Mandatory Desired Domain - 8-12 years of experience - Minimum 5 years- experience as Project Manager - Worked with multiple departments and must have delivered upon multi-quarter projects - Exposure to investment banking - Excellent communication skills - Strong command over English language (verbal/ written) - 4-6 years of experience working in IT domain especially around reporting implementations - Strong hold on MS Project, Visio or equivalent planning apps. - PMP certified / Scrum Master - 3-4 years of experience in planning infrastructure changes, managing IT book of work and leading engagement meetings - Managing projects associated with dashboard and sr. mgmt. report implementations using SAP Design Studio, Tableau etc.
