Manager/AVP - HR Business Partner - Fund Services

Our client, a leading Global Fund Service provider is looking for a Manager / AVP - HR Business Partner for Mumbai / Bengaluru / Chennai to oversee HR Operations.

- Should have excellent experience in HR practices and Employee Management with proven ability to express new ideas and suggest solutions.

- The candidate will be responsible for providing guidance & support to management and employees on the company's policies & practice

- Increase productivity & retention, identify HR process improvements.

- Identify Trends and metrics for business with insights and action plans.

- The role will also involve working closely with the business on Performance, Compensation, Employee Relations, Succession planning and innovating new HR strategies.

Experience : 10 to 12 years

Shift timing : 12pm-9pm / 1pm-10pm
