Manager/AVP Controllership

Location: Gurgaon/Pune

Looking for a Qualified CA with 6- 11 Yrs Experience.

Role is responsible for preparing the Financial Statements for the legal entities

- Extensive IFRS based financial reporting - Preparing & Reviewing Financial statements and supporting them with well developed analytical reviews

- Preparing & reviewing Balance Sheet (quarterly), Legal entity recaps & funding for transaction investments, cash settlements of inter company balances & managing FX exposure and reviewing journals for hedging.

- Reviewing processes, controls and systems that impact the financial information related to legal entities.

- Deliver Projects, improvement initiatives and standardization approaches.
