Marketing team is responsible for developing integrated marketing strategies and providing inferences to the business within the financial services for a large global bank. Typical activities vary from marketing planning functions, customer segmentation & targeting, product offering, developing CRM strategy, Multi-channel/ branch optimization, Web Analytics efforts and track/evaluation of marketing programs for liabilities and assets portfolios. The work would primarily involve the use of customer data and application of statistical tools and techniques to achieve following:
- Developing inferences and insights around customer behavior and profitable growth scenarios
- Design and develop marketing strategies across the customer lifecycle from acquisition to attrition management including customer contact management strategies
- Monitor portfolio profitability & other key performance indicators in order to recommend strategies that align with business objectives for profitable growth
- Develop CRM strategy and monitor performance of strategy / campaigns and align with business objectives
- Design and develop strategies across product management, proposition, product offering and pricing
- In-depth analysis of online traffic for the Web, mobile and other channels to make recommendations for improvements in sales, and customer experience.
- Develop KPI reports and collaborate across business team to fulfill on-going reporting needs
A desirable candidate should have a high level of skills in
- Problem solving, Analytical & Logical thinking,
- Programming : SAS / SQL
- MS Office : Excel / PPT / Word
The candidate must have excellent inter-personal skills, presentation & documentation skills, flexibility & adaptability and ability to work in a team environment
- Experience of 6+ years in Analytics domain
- An experience of financial industry is preferred
The candidate should have a Masters in either Economics, Statistics, Finance, Mathematics
