Manager/AVP - Business Analyst/UAT Testing - Loan IQ Domain - Banking (4-14 yrs)
Manager /AVP- Loan IQ OR LIQ-Tier 1 Banking client in Bangalore
We have 2 positions open:
1. Business Analyst
2. UAT Testing.
Core Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with business and technology to prepare exhaustive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)
- Lead/Conduct analysis of processes/system/interface/data breaks and produce solution designs
- Research and implement tools that will accelerate new onboarding efforts, by improving the processes for data analysis, current state process analysis and project tracking
- Collaborate with other members of the team to enhance user experience, balancing backlog, and obtain real-time feedback on priorities
- Foster relationship with Technology partners to develop robust roadmap for application refreshes, future functionality (API- s, OCR, Reporting/Data warehousing, Automated testing), backlog execution and application architecture simplification
- Think strategically and tactically to design and implement deliverables with the flexibility to adjust to new innovations, regulations and priorities
- Implement resource, governance and organization structure to deliver the transformational initiatives as required in order to deliver results in a complex environment
- Exhibit ownership in managing partnerships by working closely with cross-functional stakeholders across WLS, Technology, & Business leaders
- Effectively communicate to provide regular updates to WLS leadership and the firm, including presentations, executive summaries and summary metrics
Required Qualifications :
- Extensive knowledge in Loan IQ - domain and technology infrastructure
- Experience in leading/managing Loan IQ releases, defects and enhancements
- Previous expertise and a true passion for process innovation, design, and digital technology with proven success delivering complex, large scale initiatives
- Demonstrated project management & leadership experience in financial services
- Demonstrated experience managing and collaborating with multiple teams, coordinating across different cross-functional initiatives, and reaching consensus with diverse stakeholders
- Excellent judgement and independent decision-making ability
- Strong organization, attention to detail, time management, planning skills and the ability to handle multiple competing priorities
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively to multiple levels of management, both written and verbal
Preferred Qualifications
- IT or technical experience a plus
- Demonstrated ability to work with large data sets
- Knowledge of data warehousing technologies a plus
- Knowledge or experience working with Financial Services operational processes & systems.
