Manager/AVP - FRTB Trade Risk


- BA of one or more major projects within Traded Risk with specific focus on Traded Market Risk.

- To work with and support the key sponsors in Traded Risk and Risk Software Delivery to develop the business and system strategy to support the strategic direction of Traded Credit Risk and identify synergies with Market Risk.

The Risk Engines Programme covers the risk-owned strategic market and traded credit risk components with projects that span

- Regulatory initiatives,

- FRTB

- Strategic engineering/architecture initiatives

- Regional/Global traded risk driven initiatives

- scheduled PPCRs

Core responsibilities include :

- Successful delivery of Traded Risk Engines projects covering credit risk calculations

- Ensuring that projects are delivered in line with Traded Risk expectations and global operating model. Balancing requirements, time to market and cost/benefits.

- Ensuring that business and IT resources are co-ordinated during project life cycles.

- Review, report, resolve, mitigate and escalate project risks and issues as appropriate.

- Maintain strong communications among and between team members and programme stakeholders.

- Understand, follow and demonstrate compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures that apply to the conduct of the business in which you are involved, specifically Internal Controls and any Compliance policy including, inter alia, the Group Compliance policy.

- Be aware of the Operational Risk scenario associated with your role and act in a manner that takes account of operational risk considerations.
