Manager - Automobile After Sales - Bodyshop

Background, experience: Should be from Passenger car segment of automobile OEM.

Body shop & painting Operation at Automobile dealerships in Pan India.

- Ensure the quality of the body repair and painting of Automobile.

- Define Automobile body shop & painting organization policy of company in India.

- Adapt the organization methods and standards to the defined policy.

- Formalize the organization, standards, methods, tools and equipments and elaborate the corresponding deployment packages.

- Cooperation with the After sales Zone Manager

- Ensure a satisfactory capacity service level, Support the relationships with the insurance companies for tied-up discussions.

Qualifications: Diplomas/Engineer

Background, experience: Should be from Passenger car segment of automobile OEM.

- Similar position in car business,

- Good technical skills in body shop and painting,

- Good knowledge of workshop / business and after sales as a whole,
