Manager - Audit - Securities/Broking House

- Responsible for executing scheduled Internal audits,

- Management Audit at Head Office in various departments & its functions under the supervision of Head - Audit.

- Identified potential areas of cost saving, recovery, and other improvements in service

- Involved in financial reporting, Risk Management, Compliance & Integration

- Tracking and monitoring of closure of audit issues and implementation of corrective action with respective functional team to ensure compliance on timely basis.

- Studying the performances of the underperforming branches for the Shift/Merger/Closure.
