Manager - Audit - Corporate Management - Metal & Mining Firm

We have been mandated for the below mentioned position by a large global conglomerate in Metal & Mining Business.

Position Name: Manager- Audit

Department: Corporate Management Audit

Reports to: Business Unit Head

Location: Vadodara

Qualification : CA

Experience : 3-5 Years

Job Purpose: Carry out audit of unit as per Annual Audit Plan focusing on area of control environment, operations, cost reduction methods, avoidable losses & prevention and detection of frauds and prepare draft report and submit to department / functional heads.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct Management audits in line with the approved audit plan and any other areas considered by Business Unit.

- Perform effective reviews of the audit assignment to ensure in-depth audit coverage.

- Identify Key Findings and prepare Draft Reports and assist to Business Head in finalization of report released;

- Prevention & Detection of frauds.

- Review of Internal Control and Risk Management of the Unit.

- Discuss with the unit management to implement the agreed action plan of the previous reports and submit the action taken reports to Business Head.
