Manager - Audit & Assurance - Life Insurance

To conduct & manage audit & assurance as per the plan and ad hoc audit/reviews of any areas identified by management and to assist in enhancing the Internal Control framework in the organization

Key Responsibilities :

Responsibilities :

- To prepare and manage Assurance testing as per plan, evaluate the design and operational effectiveness, determine exposure to risk, and develop remediation strategies.

- To monitor Assurance plan and provide updates to Management on periodic basis

- To manage & coordinate with external auditors for IFC Testing, Outsourcing, Cyber Security, ISNP & Branch audits as per plan

- To carry out management /adhoc audits requested by management

- To assist in carrying out internal audit assignment for the board

Job Requirements :

Qualifications : CA / CISA/CWA/MBA

Experience : 3-7 Years

- Base skills Understanding of Audit & Assurance aspects

Competencies :

- Knowledge and hand-on experience of Internal Audit and Assurance

- Understanding of Insurance or BFSI business

- Collaboration skills

- Able to work under pressure

- Function heads For data, query resolutions etc.

- Senior Management Discussion on Audit reports

- Auditor Audit planning, implementation and monitoring
