Manager/Associate Vice President - Loan Syndication

Position Title : Manager/Associate Vice President

Qualifications - 

MBA/ PGDM with specialization would be an added advantage

Work Experience (highlight) : - Work Experience of 3-8 years. Have extensive experience in Loan Syndication including the various types of Loan products

- Awareness of market trends, pricing information and underwriting appetite

Core Purpose of the Role : 

- Work on syndication transactions for loans of corporates, real estate and financial institutions 

- Assess funding needs of the borrower and perform credit analysis including preparing credit memorandums

- Recommend facility structure, security package and loan pricing to match market appetite

- To perform sector bench-marking across sectors and assist the team in developing their understanding of the sectors

- To maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the wider policy, regulatory environment and recent development in the sector

- Building and maintaining investor database and manage investor interactions 

- Understand requirements of investors to provide inputs to origination teams 

- Provide market intelligence and updates on the state of the debt market, Liquidity analysis of the market supporting the deal proposal 

- Support the VP in driving growth of the loan syndication business
