Manager/Associate Manager - HR Centre of Excellence - BFS (8-14 yrs)

An ideal candidate would be responsible for leading HR Centre of excellence team while managing the below portfolio's :

Inclusive Diversity & Equity [IDE] :

- Leads all IDE efforts within the company. This includes strategic planning and implementation, establishing best practices across the firm, the development and implementation of programs and events.

- Serves as an advisor to firm management in the areas of IDE and periodically interacts with the Leadership team, ERG's or/& other relevant teams

- Works with existing talent management/TA teams to create programs that are designed to attract, promote and retain diverse talent.

- Periodically review internal operational policies and procedures to identify areas that need improvement in alignment with IDE efforts.

- Maintains all IDE related data and upon request shares information as required. Establishes and maintains all statistical data relating to diversity and tracks all year over year data.

- Attends related conferences, meetings, and other external programs to learn about new best practices within the IDE field and proposes and implements continuous improvements to firm initiatives.

- Work with the global teams for successful deployment of global programs

Rewards & Recognition [R&R] :

- Leads all R&R efforts within the company. This includes strategic planning and implementation, establishing best practices across the firm, the development and implementation of programs and events.

- Works with Talent management [HRBP], P&P and other relevant teams for design, planning and implementation of the programs and events.

- Periodically review internal operational policies and procedures to identify areas that need improvement

Policies & Procedure [P&P] :

- Designing, Reviewing, Developing and implementing people P&P aligned to the business objective, competitive to market and easy to communicate

- Conducting Periodical P&P reviews, Comparison with Changes related to law of land, evaluate new best market practices, asses efficacy & relevancy of existing policy & suggest changes with impact analysis

- Establish a detailed policy communication strategy to effectively communicate employees

Performance Management :

- Lead the Performance Management System for the firm

- Work with all Stakeholders including Leadership and Senior Management to drive the PMS within timelines

- Work with the global teams for successful deployment of global programs

Skills Required :

- Stakeholder Management is critical, and she/he must build strong relationships to partner with multiple teams within the organization

- Business orientation is crucial, thus should govern all people processes and initiatives in the organization.

- Strong written and verbal communication as well as interpersonal skills

- Team handling ability and maturity to drive difficult conversations and performance review of direct reports

- Ability to effectively present information to senior leadership, team, other employees and public groups

- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions

- Ability to interpret and extensive variety of instructions in verbal, written or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Windows (Word, Excel, PowerPoint Outlook), Strong customer service orientation

- Work collaboratively with Business and People Strategists, partner with individuals across different geographies

- Ability to maturely handle escalations and work pressure in demanding situations

- Ability to evaluate priorities and multi-task accordingly

- Ability to respond to grievances or concerns from employees and other relevant process stakeholders

- Prior working experience with peers and stakeholders globally is preferred

Set Yourself Apart With :

- 8-14 years of professional work experience with strong Knowledge/ Experience of managing the above portfolio's

- Demonstrated ability to manage team. This role will manage a team [1-2 Members]

- Worked in dynamic, fast-paced environments

- Should be flexible for working hours. Willing to work in UK shift [11 AM to 8 PM] Primarily. This role may require attending late evening calls as well while working on global assignments
