- XED is looking for experienced Performance Marketing - Associate Director who has experience in SEM/SMM to generate high quality prospects seeking executive education programmes offered by us.

- He/she is expected to leverage his skills to control CAC and generate a robust leads pipeline for conversion.

The ideal candidate should have experience in leading a team nurturing and conversion of leads for the Open programs, tasks may include the following :

Job description :

a. Creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan.

b. Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns

c. Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC.

d. Ensuring successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & social media channels

e. Identifying and testing new channels, A/B testing, GA dashboard, heat maps, Keyword research

f. Experience managing digital, creative and social media agencies

g. Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results.

The Candidate : This position is open to Candidates, based in Mumbai, with around 5 to 10 years of experience in Performance Marketing. This is a Hybrid/work from home opportunity.
