Manager/Associate Director - Financial Due Diligence/Transition Due Diligence

- AT Director level - some one coming from Strategic background is Must

80% - strategic and operation and 20% technical (finance background preferred)

- Someone who has consulting and manages client

- Candidate who has global exposure and

- Extensive Stake holder management.

- He should have handled large team size close to 50-75 members

- Someone who is smart enough to understand transactions/deals etc even at Managerial level.

- Required CA/MBA's with Financial due diligence experience who are ready to work with offshore practice of Big 4.

- Required Statutory audit/ Assurance experience professionals who are ready to move to/ work on Financial due diligence can apply for this position.

- Required Strong FPNA professionals with good and strong finance background with expertise in Financial due diligence.

- Candidates with strong financial due diligence experience from Global shared services can also apply for this role.

- Candidates from Statutory audit background is a best fit.

- Candidates will be dealing with off shore partners of Big 4.

- Educational Background.

CA and MBA with 8-18 years of experience.
