Manager/Associate Director - Enterprise Sales - Systems Integration Services/Solutions

- Looking for candidates for System Integration - Digital Transformation Practice (Manager to Associate Director levels)

- Looking for candidates for Services / solutions Sales to public sector with past experience of Systems integration

- Support our customers and engagement teams as they plan and build out new digital products

- Work directly with clients and collaborate with internal teams to serve as the technical architect on digital transformation initiatives

- Collaborate with others to define end-to-end systems architecture and design in accordance with business and operational requirements

- Develop component, service and interface definitions, define system implementation approaches and operational aspects

Additional Information:

Desirable experience:

- Experience in designing and implementing enterprise class solutions leveraging technologies such as Java/J2EE, .NET or JavaScript

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, Information Management or other quantitative discipline with specialization from an accredited college/university

- Hands-on experience in designing and implementing enterprise class scalable web and mobile applications leveraging modern loosely-coupled architecture patterns

- Ability to clearly communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders and clients

- Hands-on working knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture and APIs (REST, SOAP, etc.) and other modern integration patterns

- Strong understanding of architectural patterns, guard rails and design best practices and experience working in Agile methodologies; ability to work independently with minimal to guidance, taking ownership of complex feature areas and delivering them from start to finish

- Experience in internal & external stakeholder management, client relationship management, leadership management
