Manager/Associate Director - Capital Markets Specialist

The Individual :

Skill sets required include :

- Smart, Poised, Excellent Communication, Project Management skills and impressive Sales acumen.

- Excellent people management skills.

- The candidate should have market connects with law firms / underwriters / analysts / I banks / regulators.

- Well versed with relevant regulatory requirements from a SEBI / RBI perspective

- Candidate should have relevant experience in running Indian / overseas IPOs

Role & Responsibilities :

- Instrumental in building strength of the practice keeping Capital Market and Banking as a focal point.

- Would be directly associated with Leadership under Account Advisory Services practice on a PAN India level and would be closely working with Head of Function for building this team stronger.
