Role: Manager/Associate Director - Emerging Biopharma Insights

Location : Bangalore

Key Responsibilities :

- Source, gather and integrate internal and external resources and data sets to support analysis of potential demand and market characteristics for EBP segments and services

- Perform data readiness, data gap and process gap analysis to develop desired data environment thus enabling in formulating data driven strategies

- Develop BI and data warehouse (DW) strategy

- Develop and maintain financial and operational KPIs

- Navigate project kick-off calls, understand requirement, plan, and deliver highly automated and optimized reports

- Proactively analyze and provide insights into EBP accounts, proposals and target Opportunities

- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of key markets and the EBP customer segments, monitoring and reporting on new developments and trends

- Conduct primary and secondary research, and analyze research to identify key findings and learnings

- Provides proactive recommendations to sales and Account management teams around client engagement topics

Qualification/Desired Candidate Profile :

- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred

- Customer oriented, multitasking professional with excellent analytical and logical skills possessing rich experience of ~8-10 years as a Business Analyst in the life science or consulting industry

- Commercial insight experience in life sciences, ideally with familiarity with EBP clients

- Proven experience in positions encompassing consumer/business intelligence, product

marketing, product management, commercial management, market research, and /or strategy planning

- Understanding of the steps and processes required to successfully launch biotechnology products, and the ability to leverage data to prove the financial impact of following these steps

Technical

- Expertise in Data visualization tools & techniques

- Well versed with reporting, dashboard and ETL tools like PowerBI, Tibco Spotfire, Tableau, MS Excel, VBA, SQL etc.

- With a reputation for consistently delivering complex projects on-time

- Working knowledge of databases/contents and jargons related to biopharma and CRO industries

Functional:

- Experience in providing intelligence and actionable Insights to diverse group of stakeholders

- Conversant with Market Intelligence, Competitive Intelligence, Strategy and Planning, Benchmarking, Market Forecasting, & Market Analysis

- Expertise in organizing, interpreting, and communicating required information to facilitate the decision-making process of the top management
