Manager/Associate Director/AVP - Employer Branding & Communications (7-25 yrs)

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Branding & Communications personnel, will be required to design and deploy effective strategies, campaigns, and tactics related to employer branding and workplace communication for client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

- Ideate, plan, create and present strategies on employer branding and communications to our GCC clients

- Work with clients to research, position, and articulate their EVP - employee value proposition

- Present ideas to clients and internal stakeholders through structured and well-designed PowerPoint presentations

- Engage with our GCC clients to understand their talent branding and communication needs during GCC setup and operations

- Design, oversee, and deliver key communication tactics in the employer branding strategy rollout

- Support the client as well as internal stakeholders in identifying vendors and partners for talent brand activation and amplification

- Support in creating project plans and approach notes for various tactics across the GCC setup lifecycle

- Identify and closely work with vendor and partner network to ideate, design, and deploy communication and branding campaigns

- Build communication calendars and templates for internal communication and social media campaigns

- Work with the workstream leader to build brand assets for the consulting team

- Stay abreast of best practices in employer branding and communications

- Stay on top of cutting-edge tools and explore ways to enhance consulting offering

Experience and Requirements:

Required Experience and Skills:

- MBA preferred

- 10 years of experience in a TA/Employer branding role in an MNC

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Excellent presentation skills

- High level of proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Power-point)

Preferred Experience and Skills:

- Understanding of HR systems and processes an added advantage

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES

- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Talent Acquisition function and the role of employer branding in building a great workplace. Knowledge of marketing and employer branding frameworks that help in crafting great workplaces.

- Written and Verbal Communication: Delivers clear, effective communication and takes responsibility for understanding client requirements. Understands complex ideas but able to simplify and explain problems and solutions in terms everyone can understand

- Ability to critique - Understand brand guidelines and campaign objectives and critique creative output based on set standards

- Ability to present ideas: Brings ideas to life through structured presentations and engaging delivery

- Ability to manage projects: Can plan and prioritize multiple tasks and campaigns by understanding the impact on business outcomes and internal bandwidth. Works effectively with the creative team, vendors, and clients to deliver quality projects in time and quality.

- Creative Problem Solving: Identifies problems and uses logic, judgment, and data to ideate and evaluate alternatives and recommend solutions to achieve the desired campaign goal or outcome.

- Self-confidence: Confidently conveys their knowledge and know-how to others. Commands the respect of others through their subject matter expertise and enthusiastic approach for building client's brand awareness and creating a unique place for each of clients

- Ability to improvise: Because organizations are always evolving and changing, able to foresee and implement multiple solutions

- Excellent listening skills: Before solutions can be discovered, problems need to be fully understood. Carefully listens to the needs of clients to implement solutions that address their specific needs

- Trustworthy: Develops strong relationships with their clients based on integrity and trust
