Job Description :
- 5-7 years of experience in the field of Business Research, Program Management with minimum
- 3-4 years of consulting experience from premier or boutique management consulting firms or corporate strategy role
- Should have great analytical capability
- Should be able to structure business problems and can take framework-based approach to solve the same
- Support senior team members/individually engage with senior stakeholders in client organizations to understand the big-picture and accordingly carve out the consulting/strategy solutions
- Should be able to work hands-on to drive to most practical outcomes and high quality in all aspects of day to day work
- Cross-collaboration : Can work in tandem with parallel teams such as data analytics and business research to develop a joint solution and convey the results convincingly
- Can pro-actively identify challenges from key engagements and develop innovative solutions/frameworks in the area of business/GTM strategy to address client problems
- Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills - ability to convey business value propositions
- Prior experience of working closely with C-suite and senior stakeholders
