Manager/Associate - Business Analysis - Algo Trading - BFSI (1-5 yrs)
Level : Manager/Associate
Role :
Person will report to the Head of Algorithmic Trading, Institutional Equities and be responsible for the following :
1) Liaising with sales trading, sales teams and external clients for requirement gathering, creating BRS, FSD, etc
2) Working with the Algorithmic Trading team to create Process Flowcharts, Data Dictionary, User Manuals, etc. for our Trading Algorithms
3) Responsible for Algorithm Quality Control by Functionality Testing
4) Handling external agencies like SEBI, Exchanges, Auditors, etc
5) Experience 1-5 years relevant experience as a Business Analyst Experience in the Capital Markets domain with exposure to Algorithmic Trading or Institutional Broking
6) Exposure to Equities, Equity Derivatives or Currency Derivatives BA working closely with Traders, Quants and Algo Developers
Education - MBA or equivalent in Financial Markets
Skill set :
1) Knowledge and hands-on experience in Documentation for Equities, Derivatives, Currencies and Other Exchange Traded Securities in Indian Markets
2) Understanding to Trading lifecycle of Indian Exchanges
3) Working knowledge of Algorithmic Trading
4) Good understanding of Systems Development Life Cycle, Business Requirement Specification, Technical FSD and User Manuals Documentation
5) Hands-on with Visio and any UML tool preferred
Soft Skills :
1) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
2) Ability to think out-of-the-box and visualize rare testing scenarios
3) Passion for capital markets
