Designation - AM/Manager - Valuations Location - Santacruz (West) Salary - INR 7 to 15 Lacs per Annum Roles and responsibilities - - Preparing/updating financial models for coverage companies and conducting valuation (using DCF, Relative Valuation, SoTP, etc.) - Contributing to various reports for coverage sector earnings notes, investment teasers, initiating coverage notes, sector notes, thematic notes - Maintaining sector-specific databases and periodicals - Preparing custom financial dashboards and screeners based on appropriate financial and operating metrics. Issuing timely updates on company events/sector events/trend-changing events and gauging the impact on valuation/recommendation of stocks - Manage client engagements on a fully independent basis including one-to-one client communication, contributing to morning meetings and dealing with the sales team of clients - If required, manage 1-2 junior team members and train them on building domain/sector expertise - Contribute/work on important pilot projects - Create IPs/white papers/blogs/articles/teasers which can be used for marketing purposes Ideal Candidate - - Solid experience in financial modeling; forecasting; valuations; mergers &amp; acquisitions; private equity - Experience in end-to-end management of projects and communication with clients - Experience in guiding colleagues on technical aspects including project scoping, proposed content and timelines - Excellent grasp of financial concepts and their application across all areas of financial analysis and valuation - Knowledge of various databases such as Bloomberg, Thomson ONE, Capital IQ, DataStream - Excellent secondary research skills - Immediate joiners will be preferred.
