Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager
- Retail Sales & Operations Working towards store targets in terms of Business on daily, weekly & Monthly basis.
- Analyzing Reports and KPIs. Competition Analysis & Review. Store Operational Efficiencies & cost control.
- Finance Keeping track on daily sales figures, cash & Credit transactions and control over expenses.
- People Recruitment and selection of new Fashion consultants, Visual merchandisers, Cashiers.
- To work with the design team and merchandising to develop commercial looks and themes appropriate to the subcategory, 6months in advance for the next season Spring - summer, Autumn-winter.
- Vendor Management, Time management, Floor Merchandising, Inventory Control, Work Planning, Decision Making, Store Visits and People Management.
- Keeping a check on stock by taking stock count on weekly and monthly basis the brand.
- Interacting with the customers who walks in the store has been satisfied as per his requirement and the service provided to him and making them regular client.
- Assisted Team members with delivering friendly, knowledgeable service by applying proactive monitoring and corrective action strategies.
- Motivating the team to achieve the given target.
- Training for staff about customer service & product knowledge.
- Be responsible for the good maintenance, the safe environment, the good functioning of store as well as respect of excellent uniforms and grooming standards.
- To ensuring phasing out of slow moving stock.
- Keeping in touch with Mall management for the promotional activities.
- Handling issues related to customers dispute with relation to product dissatisfaction & forwarding it to the concern dept to satisfy the customers need.
- Updating customers for new arrivals as well the promos by personalized calling.
- Petty Cash & Office Cash Handling.
- Maintaining the reports and the accounts, also sending the reports to H/O.
