f. Ethics & Compliance

g. IBC provisions

FCPA, UKBA, PoCA

Claims Management

Knowledge of -

a. Liaise with broker and counsel on initial steps in the claims process

b. Properly assess insurance coverage and its impact in specific loss situations

c. Compile relevant information and preliminary loss calculations

d. Prepare proof of loss submission, and an in-depth analysis of relevant loss issues

e. Provide timely expert reports and loss calculations with clear and concise conclusions

f. Risk Management

g. Appraisals & Alternate Dispute Resolution

h. Fidelity & Surety Bond Claims

i. Product Recall Claims
