The entire product range are made from fresh ingredients and absolutely no chemicals or preservatives, so that people can enjoy traditional home-style food just the way they make it at home. Not using any preservatives, chemicals, emulsifiers, synthetic stabilizers, artificial color or flavor and using only the selected premium quality material from the reputed suppliers make them a healthy eat.


DESIGNATION : Sales Manager/Asst. Sales Manager - Modern Trade (Designation Will Be Offered Based On Your Current Designation)

LOCATION : Hyderabad (Andhra Pradesh & Telangana)

QUALIFICATION : MBA FROM TIER-1 COLLEGE

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Responsible for revenue generation across products and across given regions.


- Creation of strategic plan & responsible for the p&l for modern trade segments.

- Business planning, forecasting and analysis for assessment of revenue potential & business opportunities

- Ensure quality of superstockist/ c&f activities and push for achievement of targets across all region

- Responsible for marketing and sales and works through sales team & promoters to achieve top line market share and achieve revenue and brand objectives.

- Develop and maintain an efficient distribution network to ensure the comprehensive availability of company- s products and services across the region to achieve or exceed the sales targets.

- Handling the relationships with all top retailers & executes contracts with major national & regional chains including future, spencer, dmart, metro, walmart, reliance, abrl etc.

- Manage a complex business with no. Of skus in no. Of points of sale across the region. Also must be aware of potential setbacks to the plan and develop contingency to overcome them.

- Proficient in providing direction, motivation & training to various teams for ensuring optimum performance levels.

- Formulating growth plan hq wise, town wise, stockiest wise & ensuring execution happens as per plan.
