Manager/Assistant Manager - QA Audits

Desired Profile :

Role :

- Conducting Value added audits of the Beverage Manufacturing Units, Packaged Drinking Water units, Raw Materials - Packaging materials Suppliers, CFA, Distribution Centres of Parle Agro

Key Result Areas :

- Responsible to ensure compliance of the units as per PAPL - QA Systems and FSSAI standards.

- Number of Plants and vendors Audited

- Mandays of Audits conducted

- Submission of consistent, complete and accurate reports on time

- Measuring effectiveness of Training and Audits

- Reviewing and closure of corrective actions in a timely manner

- Analysis and presentation of the reports

Key Activities :

- Designing and development of unit / item specific audit programme

- Conducting QA Audits pan India for plants, franchises, vendors, CFA and distribution centers in India

- Generating timely and error free reports.

- Assisting teams in forming auditing standards and designing checklists.

- Designing customized audit templates.

- Prepare, maintain and adhere to the Audit schedule

- Assisting all stakeholders for process improvements

- Exceptional presentation, writing and communication skills.

- Understanding of Food Safety laws, expertise in food safety based standards, HACCP / ISO 22000 /FSSC 22000 implementation.

- Vendors, Internal Parle Agro team of QA, Technical, Purchase, Customer Service, Finance, etc.
