As a Performance Marketing hire at Interview Kickstart, you'll lead a variety of strategic initiatives on a global scale, and are critical to the growth of the company.

Key Requirements

- 2+ years of dedicated, full-time experience in performance marketing

- Skilled in at least 2 of these - SEM (Google Search Ads and Bing Ads), Google Ads Ecosystem -(Youtube, Discovery, Display), Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads

- Experience in other ad platforms like Quora Ads, Reddit Ads, and others is highly preferred

- Good analytical skills and ability to present insights rather than just data

- Experience working in a startup environment and setting things up from scratch would be a plus
