Manager/Assistant Manager - Legal - General Insurance

Designation: Manager /Assistant Manager - Legal

Location - Elphinstone India Bulls Finance Center

Exp: Min 2-3 years experience, in which at least one - two years from a law firm is a must and min one year from insurance sector in legal. (General Insurance would be added advantage)

Work Profile:

Who can handle independently:

- Drafting & reviewing contracts / agreements for internal & external vendor business & service related relationship/ management for the Company

- Drafting responses to the statutory bodies and clients (if required)

- To support in preparing/drafting policies & procedures in Compliance with all statutory or legal requirements

- To give legal opinion/advise on payment of insurance policies, including fraud and not utmost good faith cases

- Evaluate issues and disputes arising from the external & internal vendors with reference to contracts/agreements

- To manage relationships with external lawyers as and when required

- Who can handle legal matters related to insurance laws and insurance regulations would be added advantage.
