Mumbai Location.
Job Profile:
- Responsible for Employee Development, Employee Engagement, Performance Management System (PMS), Employee Retention, Conduct Workshops and Training, Competency Development etc.
- Develop career growth plans with structured inputs in assessment and development for next level.
- Identify HiPo employees as key & critical & customize retention plans
- Responsible for Performance Management System& facilitating systematic reviews & KPIs for a managerial role
- Ensuring PMS is conducted on regular basis
- Implement Employee Engagement surveys & other such surveys to obtain feedback & develop actionable plans
- Conduct Workshops & training based on the inputs from the Engagement Survey
- Responsible for Competency Development & frameworks for roles / levels
- Responsible for developing & implementing Assessment Centres
Location: Mumbai - Borivali
Graduate or MBA HR with 3 to 7 years of experience in OD, L&D, and PMS with excellent communication skills and strong analytical skills.
