Knowledge of working on and upgrading LMS 2. Create e-learning / online learning modules as per our needs 3. Design emails / templates (eg Learning Capsule) from time to time 4. Explore and implement new learning technologies and methodologies 5. Design, oversee and manage the delivery of training and development programs 6. Develop and take effective induction / orientation programs for new members 7. Plan and assess the ROI of training / development programs 8. Work on L&amp;D related special projects from time to time Experience and Education: 1. 5-6 years experience of working on an L&amp;D 2. Be proficient in MS office and some basic designing knowledge 3. Significant experience in working on e-learning platforms and practices 4. Excellent communication / interpersonal skills - good ability to build relations with stakeholders 5. MBA - HR (Experience in L&amp;D).
