They are looking to hire a seasoned L&D professional with a strong experience in Integrated learning System

Description :

You will also be responsible for :

- Driving the development and implementation of various digital learning initiatives.

- Responsible for the designing & deploying high quality capability building programs

- You will be instrumental in leading and delivering a learning and development in alignment with the business strategy

Profile :

We are looking for a seasoned HR professional to be part of growth journey of the organisation.

- 8 to 12 years of experience in L&D role

- Prior experience working in Learning Management System (LMS) operations, Content management is a must

- Prior experience working with reputed MNC set-ups supporting Digital learning initiatives.

- Strong business acumen with excellent communication skills.
