Manager/Assistant Manager- Global Tax with a leading Telecom Company

Looking for professional with a strong US GAAP experience & global tax planning

- Current working with Global tax team as Manager/ Assistant manager as part of the global tax for Software company for profile covering US Federal, State and Local Tax (including Sales and Use Tax). 

- Participated in global tax planning opportunities including US and India, monitored industry issues and analyzed legislative proposals to maximize tax savings opportunities and contribute to shareholder value.

- Proactive Tax planning and supervised all tax compliance and submissions covering corporate tax, service tax and withholding taxes including tax returns, internal reporting and tax accounting. 

- Expertise in managing all Indian tax audits including developing audit strategy, collation of information/analyses, working with external service providers for inputs, reviewing submissions, attending all audit hearings, communicating and coordinating with wider tax group stakeholders

- Review of accounts under USGAAP and IGAAP and participate Tax provisions, tax notes, audits and reports., Board presentation, Audit Committee note, earning release, India and US tax returns and related compliances. Recommending tax effective Subsidiary and holding structure in various countries. Handing India tax and US IRS audit and appeals. Preparing Board presentation on tax
