JOB DESCRIPTION  Position: Manager / Assistant Manager - Employee Experience  Location: Delhi  Function: Talent Management  Individual Contribution Role  Key Responsibilities  Employee Engagement   - Leading culture, change and engagement efforts in support of the strategic initiative.   - Drive employee engagement efforts including analysis and reporting of annual engagement and Pulse check survey results, action plan development, and change initiatives  - Leverage existing resources and policies to develop campaigns and programs designed to improve job sustainability  - Enable employee engagement, employee on-boarding, and internal communication through line managers and centrally run initiatives  - Foster a culture of a great workplace facilitating employee performance, productivity and retention  - Help design and execute Transformation / Organization Development Initiatives including defining goal, content, and methodology (via Webcasts, Employee Town Halls, and other platforms )  - Highlight employer brand in the marketplace through participation in - Great Place To Work surveys-, and Advertorials  - Drive awareness campaigns - Do you know series, theme-based activities  Internal communication  - Anchor the internal employee communication framework  - Partner with Marketing in communicating the company strategy across the organization  - Creating and executing the communication model (Webcast platform)  - Designing and executing large structural changes impacting employees eg. Vision, Mission, Values  - Responsible for timely updation of HR intranet portal  Rewards & Recognition  - Drive organizational culture and values by recognizing right behaviors  - Design and program manage entire R&R framework  - Roll out timely nomination and validation process  - Design and evaluate appropriate forums to recognize winners   Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)   - Design organizational CSR framework in line with business stategy  - Create a cross-functional committee to drive agenda   - Define annual CSR calendar and execution plan   - Program manage all activities and encourage participation  Dash boarding   - Regular dashboarding of employee engagement activities (planned vs actual, participation rate etc.)  - Publish awardees list timely   - Publish CSR activities progress (planned vs actual, participation rate etc.)   Key Relationships (Internal / External)  - Business stakeholders  - HRBPs  - Vendors  - NGOs  Key Measures of Performance  a.
