Looking for a Direct Tax (Asst. Manager & Manager)  Its a leading FMCG Company based in Mumbai Kurla   Main Duties and Functions   - Ensure that financial processes are in place to comply with all tax obligations (group tax policies and applicable tax regulations and laws)  - Support and advice the General Accounting team in monthly tax calculation and reporting (current and deferred corporation tax, VAT, other taxes)  - Lead the preparation of corporation tax returns for all legal entities and ensure submission on time and in full  - Support and advice the FBU and FBS team on forecasting the tax impact of operations, from a P&L and cash point of view  - Monitor tax risks and opportunities in each CBU and CBS and lead projects to generate tax savings and mitigate tax risks  - Support and advise the FBU team in managing relationship with tax authorities  - Represent Danone interests and protect tax reputation within the cluster  - Participate in annual review meetings with the FBU and FBS team and provide tax support on Corporate projects as required  - Work closely with the Corporate tax teams in Paris and Schiphol on Transfer Pricing  Tarannum Hussain 9205787717
