Manager/Assistant Manager - Corporate & International Tax - CA - Big4 (3-8 yrs)
The incumbent will be responsible for :
Independently handling international tax assignments including
- Corporate Tax Return Filing
- Expatriate tax planning and compliance
- Withholding tax advisory and certification
- Advisory on domestic and international tax issues
- Structuring of inbound and outbound investments
- Representation before tax authorities
- Client interface, liaison and relationship
- Managing a team including qualified accountants
Desired Candidate Profile
- Chartered Accountant with 3+ years (for Assistant Manager) and 5+ years(for Manager) of relevant experience in Income tax compliance, planning and advisory with professional services firm, preferably with a Big 4 firm
- Representation before tax authorities
- Knowledge on the interpretation of double tax avoidance agreements
- Good understanding of Transfer Pricing
- Good working knowledge of International tax structuring
- Working knowledge of Domestic Tax and Compliances
- Experience in/exposure to FEMA will be an added advantage
- Proven leadership abilities
- Very good communication skills including legal/technical drafting
- Very good interpersonal skills
- Good analytical and process skills
