Profile Name: Manager/Assistant Manager - Content

Overview of the Profile :

- Will be responsible for designing, creating content for articles, white papers, blogs, publishing material, magazines, newsletter, etc. on the subject of CSR and Social Development Sector.

- The role requires to have an understanding on the subject, independent thinking and is responsible for co-ordination with stakeholders and team members while managing the timelines of the job given. Understand the objective of the company and work for result orient contribution.

Essential Functionalities / Key Responsibilities :

- Understand the objective of the task and develop the content strategies & work plan accordingly

- Research and develop content on the subjects related to CSR and Social Development

- Write, edit and proof read content for communication materials, press releases, newsletter, articles, blogs, brochures, research papers, collaterals, presentations, etc. and obtain all necessary functional, executive approvals for the same

- Content management and co-ordination with freelancers

- Manage & co-ordinate with industry leaders, experts, academicians, etc for excerpts, interviews, articles etc

- Manage all the activities required for publishing and printing

- Manage content from external writers, editors, etc

- Assist and support other departments for content: digital and social media and collaterals, etc

- Ensure that all messages clearly communicate business initiatives, core values and adhere to brand guidelines

- Should have expertise in both technical and theoretical applications of communications, broad understanding of Corporate Social Responsibility & Sustainability

Core Competencies & Experience Required :

- Excellent Written, Communication and Presentation Skills

- Experience in Proof reading and editing

- Energetic self-starter and should be able to work in a deadline driven environment

- Proven ability to counsel and interact with senior executives

- Experience in co-ordination with print media vendors

- 5+ years experience in content creation

Qualifications :

- Masters degree in Communications, English, Journalism or equivalent

Salary Range: 9 - 12 LPA
