- To aggressively develop market for industrial customers.

- Resolve customer complaints effectively.

Qualification And Experience:

1. MBA with 6-10 Years of Business Development or Industrial Sales Experience in Plastics films/ Polymers/ Inks/ Adhesives/MBPP & SBPP, Laminates / Flexible packaging / solvents / plastics or related allied industries.

2. Strategic thinker, problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trends.

3. Strong planning, organizational, multi-tasking and project management skills.

4. Proven ability to motivate, train, and engage others in an enthusiastic way.

5. Experience in developing sales strategies.

6. Outgoing, poised, and persuasive communicator.

7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM and MRP systems.
