The Assistant Manager Ancillary Marketing is responsible for increasing overall revenue by developing and implementing the company's ancillary revenue strategy. This role will champion new market-relevant products and drive revenue and customer experience performance improvements in existing ancillary solutions. About the Company: An Indian domestic airline based in Gurgaon with its hub at Indira Gandhi International Airport. Responsibilities - Maintains a deep knowledge of existing ancillary services offered by worldwide transportation companies and other relevant market sectors. - Ensures that existing and new products are in line with the company's brand and customer experience strategies. - Work with the creative agencies to develop campaigns related to ancillary products and services - 360 degree Online +Offline implementation and visibility of ancillaries across channels - MIS review and dissemination - daily/weekly tracking across platforms to track key KPIs - Work on analytical tools to run segmented campaigns for ancillary sales basis customer behavior - Evaluates and formulates business plans of new products. Ensures that new products maintain existing key performance indicators in operations and customer experience. - Project manage the implementation of new ancillary products and ensures that the implementation is on time and within budget as per the business plan. - Proactively works with the Revenue Management department to evaluate the performance. Suggests and implements changes to increase overall revenue and customer experience. - Sets up tools and systems to measure and manage the business more effectively, track competition and identify opportunities. - Utilizes existing research, surveys, insights and data to respond as closely as possible to customer demands and prime targeted segments - Has knowledge of airline technology platforms and drive program management of all Ancillary initiatives Requirements: - Must be a graduate from a recognized university - Postgraduate degree in Management - 6-10 years of experience - Airline Ancillaries experience is a must - Capabilities and competencies Understanding of conventional and new channels of marketing Communication - Verbal, written and presentation skills - Networking - Facilitation &amp; cross-functional group moderation - Strong IT skills covering MS Office systems, sales systems, and website management
