Manager - Asset Management

Urgent Requirement for the position of Manager Asset Monitoring

Location : Mumbai

Qualification : B.E, MBA

Key Responsibilities :

- Benchmark the sector on various parameters and assess the gaps

- Work with the portfolio companies on identifying, prioritizing the issues, work on solutions

- Lead value stream development to deliver deployment plans to be used to improve the overall performance of the value stream. Complete strategic projects and Kaizen events in alignment with site strategic deployment plan.

- Developing a plan for improvement and taking operation excellence at higher levels around key areas like Cost, Technology, Productivity etc

- Transform the organization from focus on conventional detection and containment to focused on best-in-class prevention.

- Report progress at regular frequency to the investment team

- Build relationships across levels and assist in competence building

- Guide, direct, maintain and monitor all activities associated with the successful application Business Excellence

- Engaging with Portfolio companies process team and work on project that improve client processes and drive client value

- Build relationships with other Division and Corporate resources in order to support identification, review, prioritization and execution of key improvements opportunities/projects to drive results
