Manager - Artificial Intelligence/Data Scientist - BFSI

AI Manager :

Job Requirements :

- Building and executing an AI/ML roadmap for the organization based on the need and global development plan.

- Manage and direct research and development (R&D) and processes to meet the needs of our AI strategy.

- Identifying opportunities to apply the latest advancements in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence to build, test, and validate predictive models leading a team of data scientists.

- Providing first class machine learning and strategic input to projects and ongoing operations

- Applying strategic planning for design, implementation and direction of AI/ML

- Drive internal awareness and strategy for adoption of emerging machine learning methodologies through the execution of an effective project plan.

- Designing, developing and implementing analytical solutions using a variety of commercial and open source tools available in the market.

- Working closely with the organization Globally to ensure that the insights created from the AI/ML models are effectively translated into action that creates business impact.

- Providing analytics leadership and direction to the Digital Transformation Plans of organization and deploys new digital capabilities across businesses.

- Understand the challenges and how integrating AI capabilities can help create solutions

- Lead cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize key areas where AI solutions can drive significant business benefit

- Analyze and explain AI and machine learning (ML) solutions while setting and maintaining high ethical standards

Qualification

- Master's degree in data science or a related discipline like computer science, electrical engineering, information sciences, mathematics, statistics, or physics

Experience

- 15+ years of experience in applying AI to practical and comprehensive technology solutions

- Minimum of 10 years in working with data science tools like TensorFlow/Keras, PyTorch, scikit-learn, OpenCV, or Spacy

- Knowledge of recommendation engine, natural language processing, computer vision and deep & classical machine learning, and information retrieval and extraction

- Experience with REST API development, NoSQL design, RDBMS design and optimizations

Additional Requirement- s

- Hands-on experiences in full stack development or front-end development

- Practical experiences to manage an agile development team

- Experience in architecting and solutioning multi-disciplinary enterprise AI systems

- Ability to understand business context, generate ideas, and come up with creative solutions

- Flexibility to work in a globally collaborative team environment
