Job Description: The incumbent would be responsible for:
- Have good Networking in Reputed architects & Clients in Delhi /NCR
- Responsible for Corporate sales for Commercial & Residential projects like Hospitals, Hotels, Schools, Colleges of advance studies, Corporate offices etc
- You will be responsible for both directly pitching to clients and managing a team
- Have experience to interact with senior people at multiple corporates
- The incumbent will be involved in setting up a team for end-to-end B2B sales process
- While in the initial stage, he/she would be responsible for prospecting, establishing contact, pitching product through video conferencing, negotiating and closing the sale.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Perform market research and segmentation through primary and secondary sources.
- Generate leads, active selling and closure of accounts.
- Actively sell company's product and services to architects, builder, contractor & individual clients.
- Provide clients with the product and service information
- Make the clients interested in the product & services by explaining the entire benefits
- Build long term relationship with the client.
- Build an inside sales team and guide the team members to meet their Individual sales targets
- Guide customers on material selection & Project related services
- Visit customer homes for inspection of site jobs. .
- In depth knowledge of materials used in furniture manufacturing and interiors
- Good communication and writing skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
- Must have good experience in Real estate/ Construction industry/ Architect/ Trunkey projects/ interior
