Manager/Architect - SAP GRC - IT

Job Description :

- Work closely with business process owners and other stakeholders to align them with SOD and mitigation controls

- Owner of all SAP technical roles - as such, should be able to design and implement new project related requirements as well as continuous improvement of BAU activities.

Technical Skills :

- Hands on experience on Role design in :

a. SAP S/4 HANA

b. SAP BI / BW on HANA, EP, BPC, SAC

c. SAP MDG

d. SAP APP

e. SAP GRC - Access Controls

- Understand the business requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into SAP roles.

- Understand the various rules configured in GRC and suggest (a) mitigations (b) review of the rules, (c) identify compensating controls and (d) justify re-classification of risks.

- User profile mapping from Job Profile in HR system to Technical Profile in application systems, in consultation with HR functions.

- Automation experience in SAP GRC or other similar tools, integrated with HR System(s), and initiate access changes based on role change in HR system.

- Continuous improvements to access control processes

- Ability to closely work with development team(s) and implement access and security controls

- 10+ experience in SAP Security with 5+ on GRC 10.0 or above

- 4 to 5 years of experience in SAP Security Architecture / GRC Architecture

- Experience in a manufacturing or CPG organization would be preferable.

- Any automation experience and knowledge of scripting language would be an added advantage.
