Experience does the candidate has in managing HRMS
Responsible for design, implementation support and training for HRMS ERP Application.
- Manage HRMS implementation projects (with outsourced partners), deliver as per project plan
- IT Business partnering for HR function
- Able to understand and articulate HR policies effectively into ERP System
- Design & Manage interfaces to HRMS ERP System
- Exposure to Fast Formulas, Alerts, and Workflows
- Data Migration & Integration using File Based Loader, HCM Extracts, OTBI Reports, BI Publisher Report.
- Enable robust compliance and control processes through appropriate technology enablers
- Worked on at least one full implementation of core HR, Self-Service or Payroll
- Should have exposure on HR modules such as recruitment, Enterprise & Workforce Management, Compensation & Benefits Management, Time & Labor and Payroll Processing.
- Good knowledge on integration with other modules
- Oracle HRMS /HCM or People soft knowledge would be added advantage
- Effectively communicates to internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to do Oracle solution Architecting.
- Good analytical skills
- Ability to work independently
- Flexible and adaptable to learning new technologies
